We are moving into the Semi Finals
Fast paced Game #3 and #4 has the Bulls advancing to the Semi-Finals!
Game #3 started off looking grim against the Newmarket Redmen. The pink wearing jersey men were no gentle players giving the Bulls a little test of the patience. Newmarket quickly getting ahead in the first period by a 2 goal lead didn't get the boys down as Aiden Semark and Gavin Lessard scored the first 2 goals for the Bulls in the second period tying up the match. Newmarket immediately regained the lead by 2 goals within a min. making it another edge of the seat game. Hayden Newson with 1 and Jack Short with 2 in the net finished off the second period taking the team into the lead by 3 goals. With Nicholas Parodo in net, the Bulls maintained their fire in the third and finished off the game with a 9-4 win. Scoring throughout the third were Brummell, Short, Publow and Newson. Earning assists for the game were Bonter, Brummell, Wood, Elmy, Walsh and Clute.
After a long afternoon break the Boys were back on the ice for Game #4 against the Ottawa Sting. The first period was a back and forth fight. Callum Decker in net the period ended with no score on the board. The second period heated up quickly with Dylan Publow putting the Bulls on the board. A little back and forth the rest of the second and third periods made for an exciting game. Even though Jack Short and Noah Roy were able to tie up in both periods it was just enough to earn a win. The game ended in a 3-3 tie placing us third on the leaderboard with us advancing to the Semi-Finals. Earning assists for game 4 were Newson and Short.
