All Permission to Skate Requests for the 2019/2020 Season MUST be completed via the Hockey Canada Registry.

Please be aware that BMHA is not part of the AAA Association and has registration deadlines as well. If you intend to return for AA tryouts if unsuccessful, please ensure that you register for the AA tryout you wish to attend by April 15th, players that make AAA will have there fee returned to them.

PTS Forms will be available on April 15, 2019, all requested forms will be picked up from the BMHA office by AAA tryout table management.

NOTE: The BMHA does NOT store your username and password for the HCR.  Your username is typically your email address.  If you forget your password, you may click the "Forgot Password" link on the HCR Login Page to have it emailed to you.

If you do not have an HCR account, follow the on screen prompts to create one.  Once you created and logged on to your NEW account you will need to link the player(s) you wish to register. The option to search by Name and DOB is the most effective. Please note that any player that has ever been rostered to an OMHA and / or BMHA team has an HCR profile already in the system as this is the registration system currently used by all OMHA centers.

If you are registering a new player (new to Hockey Canada), follow the on screen prompts to create an HCR Profile. New Players are required to submit a copy of their Proof of DOB to the BMHA prior to being on the ice.  If the new player is 9 years of age or older, please contact the BMHA Office to complete the player registration.

Always perform a search of the HCR database (which searches all participants from across Canada) on the name and DOB prior to creating a new profile to be sure an existing profile does not already exist.

The BMHA is a provider of Hockey Canada Sanctioned Programs and operates within the guidelines of Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation and the Ontario Minor Hockey Association.
When choosing your child's hockey provider, consider the many benefits that are afforded exclusively to members of Hockey Canada and its affiliated branches.  If you are unsure if your child's hockey provider is a member of Hockey Canada, ask.
