2023-24 Permission to Skate Requests for AAA or JUNIOR

All Permission to Skate Requests for the 2023-24 Season MUST be completed on the BMHA Form that is on the registration post.

Hockey Canada has changed to HCR 3.0 and is requiring everyone to fill out paperwork there.

The BMHA is a provider of Hockey Canada Sanctioned Programs and operates within the guidelines of Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation and the Ontario Minor Hockey Association.
