Return to Play Plan
The Belleville Minor Hockey Association has a Return to Play Plan ready to go. It is currently with the OMHA for approval. It has been sent back, had the required edits made and now we wait for approval and our insurance certificate. Our plan is to run a tiered house league system (tier 1 last year rep players; tier 2 last year house league players). Tier 1 will also have development opportunities for the first several weeks, and have practice during a 4 on 4 season. As soon as our plan is approved, we will release it, along with payment details.

Players who preregistered and paid the $125 or $200 for 2020-21 tryouts will already be listed as preregistered, once we have schedules together based on the Session groupings we will contact everyone for payment of balance owing for fees, the amount paid prior will be removed and only the difference is required.
Registrations are only considered complete when payment is received, this will need to be done quickly, as we are targeting a return of Sept. 14. Please do not submit duplicate registrations, review your HCR accounts before you submit to determine if you already have a registration on file.
Once notified as to what tier you will be in, payment can be made by e-transfer only to [email protected] Transfers are set up for auto deposit so no password is required. Please specify for whom you are paying for in the notes when you send so that payment can be allocated accordingly. Your Payment will be added to your HCR account and you can log in to print your receipt.
Families who need additional time or funding should contact our office administrator as soon as possible to discuss Payment due by September 6 but please do not send until you are notified as to what tier your player will be in.

In the event we are paused at a phase or it is cancelled there will be no refund for the block we are currently in. No player may move to the next block unless the previous block is paid in full.

We also have our Belleville Junior Bulls Facemasks being manufactured as we speak. They will be sold at Canadian Tire for $12, proceeds will be donated back to the Help Fund. They should be here next week.

Sincerely,
Bmha board of directors
