Bulls Battle Knighthawks
The John Harvey State Farm Insurance/Newman Oliver & McCarten Insurance Minor Atom AE Belleville Junior Bulls played the Northumberland Knighthawks for the first time this season on Sunday afternoon.
This game turned out to be a high scoring affair, with both teams trading goals from the drop of the puck to the final whistle. Noah Roy provided an offensive explosion, tallying the season's first hat trick along with an assist. Reed Andrus had a goal and an assist, and Travis Whitmore also chipped in with a goal. Nolan Elmy had a pair of assists, and Zack Goyer, Brett Keane, along with Tanner Zadworny each tallied an assist. In the end it was the Knighthawks that got the upper hand, as they left Belleville with a 9-5 victory.
