Bulls Battle Hard in 4-3 Loss to Ajax-Pickering Raiders
The Bulls hit the road for a tough matchup against the Ajax-Pickering Raiders, delivering an intense game that kept fans on edge until the final buzzer.
In the first period, the Bulls came out strong with Noah finding the back of the net, assisted by Vincent, giving Belleville the early lead.
The second period saw a surge from the Raiders, who scored three quick goals at 10:50, 10:05, and 9:25 to take control. Vincent answered back for the Bulls at 8:50 to keep the team within reach, but a breakaway goal by the Raiders at 8:02 extended their lead. Bennett stood tall in net, making a huge save at 5:05 and combining with Hudson on a stellar defensive effort during a dangerous 3-on-1 rush.
Heading into the third period down 4-2, the Bulls showed no quit. Drew scored at 11:37 to make it a one-goal game and give Belleville momentum. Despite a strong push and several close chances, the Bulls fell just short, ending with a 4-3 game.
